This mall will act as a focus for a new residential area in the developing south-east expansion of Nairobi.
Apart from its main anchor supermarket and foodcourt outlets, the mall has office space and has been selected by the Aga Khan Hospital for one of its outreach local clinics. The complex was completed in 2010.
